My dudes, it's the middle of the summer. It's hot as hell. People are flocking to the nearest body of water.

We're also nearing PEAK summer provision season. We're talking peppers, peaches, corn?!! HEY 🍅. I want all of that stuffs IN MY BELLY.

So, we decided to let the chef team to do whatever the heck they want. OK, it was more so just a conversation over espresso and a notebook. Anyways, they're going IN. They are riding the SUMMER WAVE, baby.
