Covid-19

Friends, Family & Guests,

Since our restaurant temporarily closed in March 2020 due to COVID-19, we have been working together to create a new and better Fiorella. This challenging time presents another opportunity for us to grow and deliver the best possible service and hospitality. Our staff and community members are so important to us and that is why we are taking all the necessary steps to ensure you feel safe in our restaurant.

Health, safety, and cleanliness have always been a top priority for Fiorella. We have been monitoring developments regarding coronavirus (COVID-19) and implementing safety measures since we started our to-go program and moving into outdoor dining. Now that we can dine indoors and welcome you back inside the restaurant, these measures will continue along with some additional enhancements to ensure your safety.

As of August 12, 2021 we now require proof of COVID-19 vaccination in order to dine indoors at Fiorella. This is in accordance with the City of Philadelphia mandate announced on August 11, 2021. Our team will simply ask you to show proof of vaccination once you enter the restaurant, and then you will be seated. You are more than welcome to dine outdoors on our patio if you are unvaccinated or don't feel comfortable showing proof of vaccination.

We will continue to clean and disinfect all high-touch areas throughout the day and evening, including but not limited to doorknobs, restrooms, countertops, chairs, and credit card processing devices.

We ask that you please stay home if you are feeling sick.

Fiorella is committed to continuing to provide warm hospitality under any circumstance – whether we are sending you home with a to-go meal or serving you a plate of pasta inside the restaurant. We will remain vigilant and ready to make the correct decisions based on information from the CDC and government agencies.

We look forward to seeing you soon. If you have any questions or concerns, please call us at 215-305-9222 or email us at info@fiorellaphilly.com. Thank you and take care.

Sincerely,

Fiorella
