As it heats up, so are the events upstairs at Fiorella Pasta. It's chef series season, baby. This one is all about letting our Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chefs shine and showcase their talents.

When we asked Max about his dinner, he was all adjectives ↜ Think preserves, pickling, and fermentation. He's leaving the stews and braises behind in winter times.

Max is jazzed by the changing of seasons, particularly from winter into spring. He's been cooking since he was 18 and will geek out over cooking techniques. He's especially fond of perfectly cooked fish. Looking at you Little Fish.
