On March 7th, Chef & Winemaker, Diana Lenzi of Fattoria Petroio joins us at Fiorella to showcase wines from the beautiful Chianti hills of Tuscany.

After a few years of "life on the line" in various restaurants in Rome, for love and necessity, Diana took over the management of Fatoria di Petroio. Diana leans on her mother's motto of "learn as you go" to lead the wine estate with passion and energy. Diana's dedication to making the highest quality wine led her to tear out vines that were unfavorably impacting the terroir. The vineyard features Colorino, Malvasia Nera, and Sangiovese.

Diana oversees the vineyards, cellars, and an olive grove!

Diana, alongside the Pasta Sisters, will pour select wines, collaborate on dishes, and join guests for a special evening.
