Chef Marc Vetri has hosted nearly 40 Mastering Pasta classes. Like rolling dough, it's become second nature for him. However, this is a Fiorella FIRST! This is the first time, he'll be taking over the helm upstairs at Fiorella and sharing his vast knowledge of pasta, gnocchi, and risotto.
