It's going DOWWWN—rustico style. Our good friend, former colleague, Chef Brad Daniels of Tresini is taking over the upstairs at Fiorella Pasta. Chef Daniels has worked at some decorated institutions throughout his career and we're proud to call him a Vetri alum.

  • Tuna “Hoagie” Crudo
  • Tresini Caesar

  • Sweet Corn Cappellacci, truffle & scallion
  • Spaghetti Alla Chitarra, crispy octopus, salsa verde

  • Dry Aged Green Meadow Farm Pork Chops with stone fruit caponata
