It's going DOWWWN—rustico style. Our good friend, former colleague, Chef Brad Daniels of Tresini is taking over the upstairs at Fiorella Pasta. Chef Daniels has worked at some decorated institutions throughout his career and we're proud to call him a Vetri alum.
