Marc Madness – Fiorella Final Four

ALLLLLRIGHT, it's that time of year, it's March Madness szn. Calling all pasta/basketball, basketball/pasta lovers (JK, we do not care if you <3 basketball or not). The chef team has gone into the archives and hand-selected 16 (68 would be 🤪) for the first-ever Marc Madness—Fiorella Final Four 🏀

 

We'll follow the most basic rules: a single-elimination pasta tournament resulting in the Final Four, where (you guessed it) four pasta dishes are left. We're slinging pasta of course but y'all will call the play. For anyone who has had all the pasta below, you da real MVP 🏆

 

The pasta portions are locked in!

Seafood: Conchiglie (Lobster Stuffed Shells)

Meat: Short rib stuffed fazzoletto with salsa verde

Classic: Rigatoni with Fiorella sausage

Vegetable: Robiolina Cappellacci with artichoke

FUN FACT: One time, a guest suggested we start a Fiorella basketball team because a handful of our employees are tall. This idea is still very much in the workshop.
